As a platform dedicated to exploring leadership, we critically examine the vital role that visionary and accountable leadership plays in shaping Somalia’s political, social, and economic landscape. We convene experts, policymakers, and community leaders from across the Federal Member States to analyze the legacies of past and present leaders and to identify the opportunities and challenges facing emerging leadership within a complex and evolving national context.

At the core of our work is the belief that inclusive and ethical leadership rooted in principles of democracy, transparency, and national cohesion is essential for effective governance and sustainable development. Through rigorous dialogue, expert analysis, and collaborative engagement, we aim to inspire and support leadership that can advance state-building, navigate power-sharing arrangements, and harmonize traditional authority with modern political institutions, ultimately contributing to Somalia’s stability and prosperity.
